RECENTLY ‘THE UNITED KINGDOM’ ERASED THE HOLOCAUST FROM THE BRITISH SCHOOL CURRICULUM BECAUSE IT OFFENDED ‘THE MUSLIM POPULATION BELIEFS’ THAT THE HOLOCAUST NEVER TOOK PLACE. YES, THE UNITED KINGDOM. THIS IS AN INTIMIDATING OMEN CONCERNING THE FEAR THAT IS AFFECTING THE WORLD, AND EACH COUNTRY IS ALLOWING ITSELF TO BE CARRIED AWAY TOO EASILY. MORE THAN 60 YRS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE END OF W.W. II. IT CAN START WITH A POLITICAL AGENDA THAT GIVES THE GOVERNMENT MORE AND MORE CONTROL, EVENTUALLY EVEN DETERMINING WHO SHOULD LIVE AND/OR DIE. ABORTION IS ALREADY HERE, EUTHANASIA IS CONSIDERED BY MANY AS A CIVIL RIGHT FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO END THEIR LIFE. THE COURTS HAVE ALREADY HEARD CASES THAT ALLOW THE MEDICAL SOCIETY TO (UNPLUG). THOSE THAT ARE NOT USEFULL TO SOCIETY ANYMORE OR ARE TOO EXPENSIVE TO KEEP ALIVE ARE THE A TARGET FOR THE PROGRESSIVE, SOCIAL MOVEMENT THAT IS CURRENTLY GETTING STRONGER.

MY RESPONSE TO ORIGINAL E-MYTH (4/29/09)

Dennis and Friends:

          Good morning. In the spirit of ethical critical thought, I'm responding to the Holocaust Powerpoint presentation that is making the email rounds.

          It is correct that General Eisenhower ordered a thorough documentation of the horrors that he came upon at the conclusion of World War II. He had it exactly right — that this record would be crucial to countering future attempts to revise history. I’m in full agreement that we must fight these vicious revision attempts whenever they may arise. We must eschew ("Gesundheit. Thank you.") any efforts to fallaciously rewrite the history — of one's family or of one's planet.

          Equally important, however, is to be accurate in the presentation of our own arguments. The assertion that the United Kingdom (or the State of Kentucky) has discontinued teaching about the Holocaust in its schools to avoid offending Muslims is patently false. When we use erroneous facts or false arguments, we weaken our own case and strengthen the bad guys’ standing.

          Additionally, Dennis M.’s comments (which accompany the PowerPoint presentation) are also logically fallacious and deleterious to this cause. He purports that there is a "PROGRESSIVE SOCIAL MOVEMENT THAT IS CURRENTLY GETTING STRONGER" and that if left to extrapolate to its “logical” conclusion, will take our country down the same path as the Holocaust deniers. This is false, and it is anathema to ethical communication.

          Dennis M. has attempted to make two fallacious arguments by comparison: 1. that there is a “Progressive Social Movement” in America that is similar to the forces that gave birth to the Third Reich; and 2. that this social movement (and its accompanying abortion rights laws and euthanasia rights discussions) has the integritylessness of, and is analogous to, Holocaust deniers

          Dennis M., your attempts to cast our current progressive administration and its supporters as the equivalent of Holocaust deniers is a sordid critical thinking failure. Moreover, I know you are, but what am I?
